Students Nigeria will be sharing on How To Apply For 2017/2018 WAEC Results Script Remarking.

The West African Examination Council(waec), has advised candidates who are not satisfied with the marking of their result to apply for remarking.
The Examination council gave the counsel while responding to @LawalKunle who wanted his sister’s result remarked.

The twitter user asked, “How do I call for a remark. My sister made all her results except physics D7 and she’s very sure of herself.”

And in response, WAEC wrote, “Let her school apply for her.
“It must be received 60 days after the release of the results & there is a fee.”

WAEC Explains Meaning Of “Held”, “Outstanding” Of Results:

The examination council, via a post on its twitter handle, @waecnigeria, explained that candidates whose results are ‘held’ should wait until November when the Nation Executive Council will meet to decide whether the results would be released or not.

It further explained that those in that category violated the rules and regulations guiding the examination process.

For candidates with “outstanding” results, the exam body said it only means the results are pending because of errors made by candidates.

It said the results will be released after being corrected.
