Abia State University To Partner ACCIMA For A Business School In Aba.

Abia State University is set to partner with the Aba Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture for the establishment of a Business School in Aba.

This was disclosed by the Vice Chancellor  Professor E. Uche Ikonne during a courtesy visit by ACCIMA Executives at the conference room of the University.

He thanked the team on behalf of Management and Senate for the proposal, stressing the need to narrow the gap between Industry and classroom, while calling for the establishment of an Aba Stock Exchange, which will raise the level of enterprise in the commercial city.

Earlier, the President of ACCIMA, Rtn, Andy Obasi had asked for collaboration and assistance of the University in the establishment of a Business School which will help grow businesses in the City.

In a vote of thanks, Mr Emma Nwakpadolu, the Patron and Immediate Past President of ACCIMA, expressed appreciation to the Vice Chancellor and Managemet, and prayed for God’s protection on their behalf.
